Will my identity be revealed?
(1)Your identity will not be revealed, unless it is necessary to comply with a legal court order
(2) to enforce the terms of this Agreement, or
(3) to protect someone from harmful, offensive or terrorist threats. ArmSms.com will attempt to notify you and provide you with information to allow you to pursue legal remedies to block the release of your personal information. ArmSms.com is not responsible for providing assistance in helping you block the release of this information or in protecting your identity anymore then the terms of this disclosure.

What if I receive threatening or offensive anonymous messages?
If you have received an anonymous message that you believe may violate ArmSms.com's user agreement:
(1.) Opt-Out by sending a support message through our stanky support link on our website. Please State that you want to opt out and not receive any more anonymous messages. Include the original response link, date and time of message and original message sent to you.
(2.) Do not reply to the message sent to you.
(3.) Send an email to security@armsms.com

ArmSms.com does not allow subscribers to:
sign up more 1 (one) user account. email or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, disparaging, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, slanderous, libelous, presents a person in a false light, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; email or transmit any content that they do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity; email or transmit any Content that infringes any intellectual property rights (including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights) of any party; email or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, or use the Service or any of the equipment of ArmSms.com to forward any of the foregoing from another source; email or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; attempt to interfere with the Service; violate or circumvent any applicable laws, court orders, statutes, or regulations, including local, state, national or international laws; harass or "stalk" any person; email or transmit or export any technical data from the United States to another country in violation of transmission or export laws.

Does ArmSms.com monitor messages?
No, ArmSms.com does not review, monitor, inspect content of anonymous messages that are being sent. Certain offensive words cannot be sent through ArmSms.com. For a list of offensive words please contact security@armsms.com

Who can use ArmSms.com?
Anyone who is legally allowed to use a computer through which they are accessing ArmSms.com. SMS (text) messages must be purchased by using paypal, edram or a credit card and therefore requires authorized purchases by users of at least 18 years of age or legal guardians permission.

Why do I have to give my name and address when registering?
(1.) To verify your identity,
(2.) To verify your identity when making purchases,
(3.) To contact you to investigate a violation of this agreement or legal court order.
